PANTON LOUNGE

Verner Panton ranks among the great Danish designers who became significant exponents and arbiters of how we view and think about aesthetics, design and function. He set an agenda that defines the collective understanding of what is considered good taste. His aim of linking the sensing human being with physical spaces filled with colour, shapes, materials, sounds and scents marked a new departure, and prompted us to rephrase Panton’s question: Is good taste also a feeling of well-being?

For Capsule Plaza 2024, the space located at Corso Como 10 is inspired by the imaginative and colourful approach of Verner Panton to design, the “Panton lounge”. Presented by Capsule in collaboration with Verner Panton Design AG with Support from Vitra, Amini, &Tradition, Verpan, Offecct, Kvadrat, and Montana.
